The TRUTH About Cwalkers and Tutorials.
This is an article about Cwalking and Tutorials. What the common perception of tutorials are and why most forums don’t have an expansive “Tutorial” section.
A Little Background Knowledge
Our little story takes place in 2008. Imagine yourself as a new cwalker. You have spent countless hours watching Cwalk Videos and you are ready to test out your skills by learning how to cwalk. You google “how to cwalk.” KyrenC, VietJr, etc. They pop up with millions of views and you are completely awe-struck. HOW DO THEY MOVE THEIR FEET SO FAST. You watch, you learn, and you try to master the moves…
But the real question here is – how come all these tutorials aren’t as readily available on most forums?
Ease of Access
Tutorials can be created by anyone and everyone. A few years back there was a rise in cwalkers due to a highly increased interest in this new hobby. Tutorials were popping up like hotcakes selling in an overcrowded ma and pa restaurant in the middle of New York City…(Okay, bad analogy, but there were and are a LOT of tutorials out there). Many people made tutorials so many cwalk communities got tired of the 50 million tutorials of how to do the V (most of which were really crappy… (i would know.. i watched most of them)). Anyways, that is why you will most likely NOT find tutorials on forums unless they were created specifically for that site.
Why so many topics!?
Even so, there are STILL a lot of questions on topics that float around on cwalk forums. How to beatride vs lyric ride. Developing bounce. Camera position. Camera types. Editting properly. Etc.
With that said, I would like to open this post to YOUR response! This goes out to anyone and everyone. What type of questions do YOU have about learning to cwalk better? CwalkMedia will answer your questions to our best of knowledge! ALSO: A NEW and IMPROVED tutorial series might be created. Are there any specific requests for tutorials?

how’s this tutorial series gonna work? pick cwalkers and let them teach a move?
if so lemme teach the heel-toe / heel-toe combo. (its summer, i got nuthin else better to do.)
;D
Alex’s topics for some reason are always interesting.
you request a tutorial on an abstract topic and the cwalkmedia team will make a tutorial/give helpful tips. (i’ll probably end up making the tutorial) there are already millions of tutorials on the basic moves, but there are so many questions in cwalk forums still. this is to answer those questions and really clear up any confusion. :]
How do you avoid repetitions..
implicit stuff..
i want a real clownwalk tutorial not a tutorial where noobs are teaching !!!
